The machine we have seen is of great interest for us as we plan to introduce the machine not only at the Volgodonsk Nuclear Power Station but the other Nuclear Power Stations, as well. In comparison with import analogs, such as Tracto-Technik, Vermeer, the equipment of NPK Gidrofob has the same characteristics, but it’s many times cheaper.
Feedback from main specialist from Bashinformsvyaz Nicolay Oshepkov
OAO Bashinformsvyaz is one of the first clients of the NPK Gidrofob. Fruitable cooperation has been kept up since 2003. The first machine UGNB-3M was bought by the company in 2007. Now the machine has proved itself to be reliable in operation, easy and available in maintenance. It allows to lay communications accurately at a distance up to 150 m with enlargement of the hole up to 450mm.
3. Feedback from OOO Telekommunikatsionnye i radiorelyeinye sistemy
In September, 2009 3 bore holes were drilled by the HDD method, by the order of OOO Telekommunikatsionnye i radiorelyeinye sistemy in Republic of Kalmykia. The type of the soil is loamy sand (80% of sand). Two bore holes were laid under the irrigation channel, the length of each hole was 150 meters, and the maximum depth was 12 meter. Two plastic pipes 63mm in diameter were pulled into the holes; as a result it took 12 hours to drill each bore hole and pull a pipe there. The third bore hole was laid under the federal road being built; its length was 100 meters, the maximum depth was 12 meters. It took 9 hours to pull 2 plastic pipes 63mm in diameter.
4. Feedback from OOO Stroykompleks
In December, 2009 two bore holes were drilled by the order of OOO Stroykompleks in Volgodonsk. The type of the soil is loamy soil (80% of clay). Two bore holes were laid under built-over and developed land. The length of each hole was 132 meters, the maximum depth was 4 meters. A steel pipe TPU 315 SODK 219mm in diameter was pulled for building the heating system.
